Before You Visit
What should we do before visiting Kainos?
Check our opening hours before you set off, and make sure each participating child has a completed waiver before play. Grip socks are required and can be purchased at the front desk if needed. Choose clothes that are comfortable for climbing and sliding, and bring a responsible adult to supervise.
Do adults need to stay with their children?
Yes. A responsible adult must stay and actively supervise the children in their care throughout the visit. Kainos is an indoor playground, not a daycare or drop-off service. Follow posted play rules, equipment restrictions and staff instructions.
Can we bring food?
Check with us before bringing outside food or drinks; exceptions apply for medical needs and infant feeding. Tell us about allergies or dietary requirements when ordering food or arranging a party. Kainos is not an allergen-free facility, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
How do I book a birthday party?
Pick your package, date and time, tell us how many kids are coming and choose any add-ons. A $100 deposit within 24 hours saves your spot and goes toward your final total. We’ll send a confirmation with the party details, remaining balance, policies, waivers and arrival info. The rest is due before the fun begins.
What do I need to do before the party?
Before the big day, please make sure every child has a completed waiver. Send us your final headcount at least 72 hours ahead so we can get everything ready; additional-child pricing applies above your package limit. On party day, hosts can arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
Can I cancel or reschedule a birthday party?
Plans change and we understand that. Your $100 deposit is non-refundable, but if you let us know more than 14 days ahead, we may be able to move it to a new date. Changes 7–14 days out mean the deposit is forfeited, though we may be able to offer a one-time reschedule. Within 48 hours, the deposit and any non-recoverable prepaid costs are forfeited. One date change may be available more than 7 days ahead, with the new party usually booked within 90 days.
What else should I know for party day?
A few quick ways to keep the day running smoothly: arriving late won’t extend your booking, so come ready to play. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you order, though we can’t guarantee an allergen-free space. Extra children need waivers and are subject to capacity. We’ll handle the included setup and cleanup - just leave confetti, glitter and anything extra-messy at home.
